How Do I Pay For My Order?
We have 3 payment options which are all super simple to use and absolutely secure.
1. SNAP (monthly payment option) details HERE.
2. Pay Tomorrow (monthly payment option) details HERE.
3. Stripe (credit card system) for all items EXCEPT wheels/tires, check-out directly on the website. Our credit card system Stripe is very secure.
By using a third-party service like SNAP, Pay Tomorrow, and Stripe your credit card information will be 100% safe. Likewise, SNAP, Pay Tomorrow and Stripe come with built-in buyer protection. (You won’t need it, it’s just nice to know that it’s there.)
NOTE: You are not required to sign up for a PayPal account to check-out. PayPal allows non-members the ability to check out with a credit card just like you would at any other e-commerce store.
What does free mount and balance include? Do you install them on my vehicle?
Free mount and balance are included when you purchase a wheel and tire package. We will mount the tires on the wheels and balance them with state-of-the-art equipment. There is no charge for this and included are the stick-on weights needed and standard chrome valve stems. Mount and balance do not include installation to the vehicle. We always recommend professional installation.
Can I trust the Wheels Boss online website?
Absolutely. If you check out Wheels Boss on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Vimeo, or simply Google our name – you will see we have been around for a few years and have been providing customers with their wheels/tires, suspension, lighting, spacers and more…to their doorstep by the thousands every MONTH! Wheels Boss not only has the best prices in the market, we also have one of the highest review ratings in the industry.
What About Sales Tax? Duty Fees?
Sales tax will apply to all orders being delivered to, or picked up in the following states: IL, NE, ME, TN, VA, NM, AR, ID, WV, WY, VT, UT, RI, HI, MS, IA, NV, CA, PA, CT, WI, SD, KY, WA, OH, ND, NC, MA, AZ, KS, TX, AL, CO, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY and SC and OK. Please note that if you’re an international customer your government may charge duties/taxes when the product arrives. Wheels Boss does not pay for these additional taxes and fees and the customer is responsible to do the research and understand these fees, we do not have the resources to quote these additional costs.
Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases delivered or sourced to Washington. Washington requires you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase. This message is required under the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i).
Fitment is the responsibility of the Customer, don’t know?
PLEASE Contact us via email, phone or use our chat feature on our website to reach out to us. With our massive online gallery of installed wheels/tires on vehicles, we have empowered our customers to make the proper fitment decisions. You will see many of our customers go beyond the “conservative” fitment offered by manufacturers and “guaranteed” by our competitors. They are doing this by making modifications and trimming plastic and sometimes metal to make the wheel/tire combination fit.
For this reason, we fill the order as you have placed it with the assumption you will make the appropriate modifications to fit the wheel/tire combination.
When you provide the correct make, model (and version if applicable), and year information about the vehicle we do verify bolt pattern, TPMS sensors, and lug nuts (these items we guarantee fitment).
If you have questions or do not know the proper fitment on lifted, leveled, or even stock applications – complete our quote/fitment help form so that we may make our best recommendation for what should work. In some cases, minor trimming will be needed to accommodate oversized tires or wide/high negative offset wheels. Additionally, we cannot guarantee fitment on custom drilled wheels, but should the manufacturer make a mistake – we’ll help broker a solution. Some vehicles or applications may not apply. In those cases, we’ll tell you before you purchase.

How Long Is My Quoted Price Valid?
Website prices will continuously update. If you were sent a personal quoted price via email, they are valid for 30 days. After that, we’ll need to re-quote as the manufacturers and shippers frequently update their pricing. While our social media advertisements will be valid for 7 days from the posted date (ex: Posted January 1st, price valid through January 7th). Note: while we can honor prices for 30 days, the availability of the wheels/tires may change sooner.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. From Canada to Australia and everywhere in between – we frequently ship to countries all over the world. Please note: unless otherwise specified, Wheels Boss shipping covers freight only within the 48 contiguous states. If applicable, additional fees (brokerage, duties, etc.) are collected locally and are not included in the price paid. Have questions? Please ask in advance. It is very important you do your research.
Do You Offer Financing?
Yes, we do, by partnering with Affirm we now offer fixed monthly payment options with annual interest rates ranging from 10-30% (subject to credit approval). Simply find the wheels/tires you’d like to purchase on our website and click Monthly Payments and you can apply directly with Affirm. They are able to provide a credit decision within seconds and, if approved, will provide you with all the details you’ll need to decide if the loan is right for you. Once you accept the loan we’ll be able to get to work processing your order. Once approved by Affirm we get your wheels and or tires headed your way, there is no delay related to financing! Alternately, some of our customers also choose to check out with PayPal Credit (subject to credit approval).

What is the difference between directional vs non-directional wheels?
This is one of the most common questions we receive and has a very simple answer. All FORGED wheels will be directional (if they have directional spokes of course), meaning the wheels on each side of the vehicle (driver or passenger) will be facing the same direction. This is because forged wheels have two part numbers per set of four wheels in which case when the wheels are mounted on the vehicle, they are all facing the same direction. You will notice brands such as American Force, Specialty Forged, and Fuel Forged (to name a few) have a much higher price tag than cast wheels – this is because all of their wheels are custom built to order and they have the ability to make their wheels directional. On the other hand, non-directional wheels will be non-forged (usually cast) and have a much lower price point. These cast wheels will be non-directional meaning that all four wheels are facing the same direction and once they are mounted on the vehicle you will see that the driver side will be facing one direction, while the passenger side will be facing the other.
Will My Order Come With Center Caps, Lugs, And TPMS Sensors?
If the wheels are made with center caps, they will be included with your purchase for no additional cost (ask if you aren’t sure). Chrome or black lug sets are available at an additional cost (free shipping if ordered with your wheel purchase) and include all the lugs needed, you may also choose 4 locking lugs with the socket. We provide 4 chrome valve stems w/chromies at no additional cost also.
When installing the wheels, lugs should be hand-torqued in a star pattern and not installed using an impact tool.
TPMS sensors are available for an additional cost. For wheel and tire packages, the price includes free installation of the sensors. Note: some vehicle models or sensors may require a re-programming process to sync with the new sensors. This can be done fairly easily by an auto dealer or repair shop (the cost to program sensors is the customer’s responsibility).
I’m Just Looking for Center Caps. Can You Help?
If the wheels you need the caps for were purchased from us, yes we can. If not we are not able to determine the exact cap you need so we are not able to help, sorry. Often the part number can be on the inside of the cap and eBay is a good place to hunt some down.
How Can You Sell Wheels Cheaper Than Other Places?
There are two main reasons we can sell for so cheap.
Most of our competitors spend a fortune on advertising and other frills. We on the other hand began our journey by creating the world’s largest gallery of vehicles with custom wheels installed. We have continued this mission of “giving people what they want” by launching Wheels Boss TV on YouTube. Instead of paying mega dollars to “entice” customers into buying our products, we simply share our knowledge and have created a community with our gallery for enthusiasts to share knowledge with each other. In turn it makes it easy for customers to know who to choose when it’s time to buy! This means we spend very little money, and only our time, and pass on all that savings to you all in our prices!
Second, we do A LOT of volume. This enables suppliers to rationalize giving us some of the best pricing in the industry, and once again that low price can then be passed on to our customers.
What should I do if I have vibration, a warranty concern, or other issues with my products?
Remember, we too are enthusiasts and we are here to help you out and get things right. One thing to keep in mind, if you added some big whopping mud tires to your truck… you are going to “feel” them. There will be more feeling in the steering wheel and you may feel the lugs on the larger mud tires on the road. This is normal and part of looking so good. However, there are times that even though we balanced the wheels/tires perfectly on a machine, once on the vehicle they have a shake or strong vibration at certain speeds. If you have this issue or any other concern, simply email us immediately with all the specifics by replying to the last email we sent you. This will make it easy to locate your order and get you going down the road again smoothly. Same for any warranty questions or general concerns. We are here to work through it together and make your custom build enjoyable.
Balance Beads – Please note that balance beads are not guaranteed. While we use the most exceptional and up-to-date weight charts to ensure we are installing the correct amount of beads for your specific application, there are many variables that we are unable to account for. While it is extremely rare, some wheel and tire assemblies simply do not balance out perfectly with this type of balancing technique and we are unable to confirm this until the assembly is mounted onto the vehicle. If you are having any issues at all, please let us know and we will be here to help!
Damage Upon Receipt – Upon delivery (or pick up at a local terminal), be sure to inspect the complete wheel and tire package BEFORE signing any documents! If damaged, be sure to make FULL NOTES on documents (Bill of Lading) BEFORE SIGNING and accepting shipment. Unfortunately, while it is rare, due to the size and complexity of shipping large packages across the country, damage can occur and it MUST be noted with the shipping courier before signing and accepting the shipment. Damage caused by the shipping courier qualifies you for a replacement and/or credit ONLY IF all damage is noted with the courier BEFORE signing the documents (Bill of Lading). If the damage is NOT noted upon receipt, this alleviates all liability of the courier and we must open a damage claim and see it through to completion before reimbursement (if any) is allotted for the damages. Please notify us immediately if there is damage and send us pictures via the contact us form so we can document the issue and come to a resolution as soon as possible!
All wheels and tires come with a FULL manufacturer's warranty, please ask if you have any questions regarding the warranty on a specific product and we will be happy to assist! Please note: Wheels Boss will cover the costs involved with warranty claims up to 30 days from the date of delivery. After the 30 day period, the costs involved with the warranty claim are the customer's responsibility. Please notify us as soon as possible if you have any issues, questions, or concerns!

Will you stretch tires?
The short answer: Yes!
Our customers are determined to push their vehicles to the limit while showing off their own unique style. Each customized vehicle has its own personality and we want to help our customers achieve any look they’re after to complete their dream vehicle.
However, there are certain risks that come with stretched tires. Stretched tires give a distinct, minimal sidewall look that can help showcase your wheels and dial in perfect fitment. In minor stretch applications, there are minimal to no inherent risks. But, in extreme tire stretch applications, this can result in depending or tearing of the sidewall of the tire. The more the tire is stretched, the more likely you may run into one of these issues. Stretching a tire onto a wider wheel may void the manufacturer's warranty depending on the brand and size of the tire. If your application is considered stretched, there will be a note listed during the checkout process before going to the cart for purchase.
